I recently stayed at a hotel just outside the city center and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the views. I was also impressed by the attention to detail, with tasteful original art by the owner's family member decorating the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and provided a good start to the day.

They charged me the price of the room in my credit card taking the card number given as booking guaranty without asking me before.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the children working there in planning activities suited for senior guests.

We loved the convenient location to the center of this city. It was easy to get to the bus station in about 20 minutes. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with its facilities being well-maintained. There was free parking available in the surrounding area, which made it easy to explore the area by car. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service.

Had an enjoyable Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip, lots of traditional Greek food. The staff really made us feel at home, giving us a map and recommendations for dinner. The hotel is in a great location, overlooking gardens and within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore.

The room was quite small, and internet only worked in the reception area.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. As a businessman, it would have been beneficial to have access to a fully equipped office space for last-minute printing and other business-related tasks.
